No. Care advice under § 7a is a statutory entitlement that you can claim from your long-term care insurance fund or the care support centre (Pflegestützpunkt). My advice is a private, independent supplement to it.

No. Approved care services and advice centres recognised by the long-term care insurance funds are responsible for that. I prepare you for the consultation visit and then go through the recommendations with you.

We go through the assessment report and the decision notice (Bescheid) together. You can lodge a formal objection (Widerspruch) against the decision notice within one month; social welfare associations (Sozialverbände) or lawyers specialising in social law take care of the legal review and representation. I support you with the preparation and show you where you can turn.
